Returns & Refunds

Each Lotus Designs banner is individually hand-painted and custom made to your specifications. Because our products are personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Personalised details

Please carefully check all wording, names, dates, colours and design information provided when placing your order. Lotus Designs is not responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

Handmade nature

As each banner is painted by hand, small variations in colour, brushwork, positioning and appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact Lotus Designs as soon as possible. Once design work or painting has commenced, cancellations or major changes may not be possible. If work has not yet commenced, please contact us to discuss your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your banner arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your order, please contact Lotus Designs as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
