Shipping Policy

All Lotus Designs banners are individually designed and hand-painted to order. Please allow time for your banner to be created before shipping time begins.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Standard Shipping — $20
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping — $30
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Express Shipping

Selecting Express Shipping only speeds up delivery after your banner has been completed and dispatched. It does not reduce the time required to design and hand-paint your banner.

Event Dates

Customers are required to provide their event date when ordering. Please order with enough time for your banner to be created and delivered.

If your event is approaching soon, please contact Lotus Designs before ordering to confirm whether your required timeframe can be accommodated.

Shipping & Tracking

Banners are carefully rolled and packaged for shipping. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier. Lotus Designs cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or prevent delays outside our reasonable control.
